Weston J. Burke is an associate at Beard St. Clair Gaffney, and a member of the firm’s litigation team. Weston’s areas of practice include family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and probate.

Weston is a lifelong Idahoan, born and raised in Southeast Idaho. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Idaho State University, and then attended the University of Idaho, College of Law. During law school, Weston served as a Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review. He was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his academic efforts, and was a multi-time member of the Dean’s List.

Weston graduated from law school in 2022, and was admitted to practice law in Idaho’s state courts and in the United States District Court of Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Bar Association. He returned to Southeast Idaho following graduation to serve his community.

Weston and his wife, Jasmine, proudly share a daughter and son. In his free time, Weston enjoys sports, and spending time with his family.
