Whitney practices in the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Section.  She is licensed to practice law in Texas.  Whitney is passionate about serving her clients and connecting with them on a personal level.  

Whitney’s practice has focused on the following areas of estate planning and probate law:

(1) preparing wills and trusts;
(2) creating family limited partnerships and family limited liability companies;
(3) assisting clients in making gift transfers and coordinating relating appraisals;
(4) counseling clients on capacity planning and constructing related self-determination documents;
(5) advising clients on guardianship designations;
(6) preparing premarital and marital property agreements;
(7) handling Texas ancillary probate matters;  and
(8) guiding clients through the probate process after suffering the loss of a loved one.

Whitney was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She aspired to be a lawyer as a young child and has been fascinated with the study of law throughout her life.  In 2012, Whitney settled in Midland and established her law practice.  Whitney enjoys volunteering with Buckner Family Place and with Buckner Foster Care.  Whitney currently serves at the Vice President of the Midland Odessa Business and Estate Council.
