Originally from the hills of West Virginia, Brian relocated to the "Good Life City" of Albany, Georgia in 2002.   He attended West Virginia University, graduating cum laude in 1998 with a degree in Political Science.  He earned his law degree from West Virginia University in 2002, where he served on law review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. 

Brian practices primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, premises liability, and auto liability defense.  He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals   Brian is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
