Biography
I am a founding partner in the firm Hollis, Cronan & Fronk, P.A. I provide legal counseling and representation to individuals, families and business entities. My practice is focused in family, criminal defense, consumer bankruptcy, business, corporate and employment law. I have extensive experience as a court-appointed attorney for children caught up in divorce and custody disputes. I am a court-approved mediator and can help resolve conflicts involving divorce, custody, marital property disposition, business and commercial disputes, and civil disputes.
My extensive business management experience is a valuable adjunct to the legal counseling I provide to business organizations involved in commercial and contract disputes, and employment concerns.
My first career was in the military. I was seriously injured while serving on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. I then earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in hospital and health care management. For 18 years I was employed as a health care executive in hospitals and nursing facilities. I was licensed as a nursing facility administrator in New York, Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.
I was raised on Long Island, New York and relocated to Maryland in 1992. I have resided on the Eastern Shore with my wife and daughter since 1993.
