Will Nefzger primarily devotes his practice to representing those who have been harmed by the careless or reckless actions of others throughout the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as nationally. Will’s experience representing clients ranges from pre-lawsuit dispute and case resolution to appeals in the Supreme Court of Kentucky as well as every step in between, including serving as primary trial counsel in numerous jury trials.
