Biography
For an investor acquiring a commercial office building, to a family buying their first home, the objectives are the same: to have peace of mind that the transaction will go smoothly, problems will be identified and resolved, and the exchange of value between the parties will be fair and equitable. The same goes for dealings between landlords and tenants, lenders, and any other parties involved in real estate matters. The key to achieving these objectives is having skilled and experienced legal counsel in place to guide clients through the process.
Throne Law is a full service law firm representing individuals, investors, lenders and small businesses to solve their real estate legal needs, be it the purchase, sale or lease of a home, office, or commercial building; mortgage financing; or disputes and litigation arising from real estate transactions.
At Throne Law, we treat each of our clients – whether a first time home buyer or seasoned pro – with the same guiding principles: Communication - Results - Value.
● Communication – we want you to understand the process and what you’re doing. We keep you informed as your file proceeds and will explain each part of the process to you so that you understand what to expect. We answer your questions and anticipate issues that may arise so that you can be pre- pared. You’ll deal with an attorney - your file won’t be handed off to support staff with your attorney never to be heard from again.
● Results - We seek to solve problems, not make excuses, and strive to get things done on time and without surprises. And, as sometimes happens, when things don’t go as planned, we find solutions, not “checklist” responses. We’ll get to understand your goals and will work to get the results you need.
● Value – We treat each client with respect and how we would expect to be treated. We believe that you’re paying for service, not just time. We work whenever possible with a flat fee structure to help you budget for cost. We understand that hiring a lawyer can be expensive. We’ll make sure you get value for that investment. You’re not buying time – you’re buying service.
