Mr. Locke's interests include tennis, helping others, and real estate law.
He established the Palmer Drug Abuse Program in Corpus Christi in 1979 and in Austin in 2000 as programs helping teens and young adults recover from alcohol and drug abuse;
Conceived of and participated in obtaining designations of the Corpus Christi Aquarium as the Official Aquarium of the State of Texas, and
Official OfficialThe Mexic-Arte Museum of Austin, Texas as the Official Mexican and Mexican American Fine Art Museum of Texas; and
Official Officialconceived and participated in the implementation as chairman of the Corpus Christi Zoning and Planning Commission of the neighborhood zoning plan process for the city of Corpus Christi.
