Will serves as an outside general counsel for clients in a number of industries, but predominantly professional service businesses and software development firms.  He provides dedicated, responsive support to clients that work on local, national, and international scales.  Investing his (nonbillable) time into gaining a deep understaning of his clients' businesses, combined with his breadth and depth of legal experience, allows him to successfully guide clients through the most complex business transactions.
