I have been practicing law for sixteen years in the areas of Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Municipal Court/DWI Law.  I have been practicing immigration law since 2005, and focus on removal defense and family immigration cases.  I have spent the last eight years working on I-601A Provisional Waivers for people from nearly every area in the world. As the world begins to start anew after the last year of the pandemic, we will be working with our clients to get them to their interviews overseas as quickly as we can.  Our office has helped many families fulfill their dreams of residence in the United States.  I have practiced deportation defense in many immigration courts throughout the country, and have experience in virtual hearings due to the pandemic.

As a former criminal law clerk, I had the opportunity to understand the inner workings of criminal law, and have used my experiences in those areas to defend people throughout New Jersey.  I have handled many types of matters at the Superior Court, including drug crimes, domestic violence matters, and serious felony matters.  My experience can help you when you are in a difficult situation. 

I have been a Municipal Public Defender for the Palisades Interstate Parkway Court since 2006.  I handle many DWI matters each year in my public defender and private practice.  I have handled traffic matters throughout the State of New Jersey.  I have a great deal of experience in the virtual setting of municipal court in 2021.

My office is a boutique experience.  You will always see me when you come to have an appointment.  My staff are bilingual and accomodating to our clients.  We offer contactless appointments by Zoom and over the telephone if you are concerned about COVID.  In-person meetings are always available, and preferred, as it allows me to sit with you, discuss the finer points of your case and review the evidence you have directly.

The person attending court or a hearing with you will always be me.  That is how I run my practice, and you can count on that.
