Biography
Will is an attorney at Brannon Sowers & Cracraft PC, where he is a member of the Business Law and Litigation practice groups.
Will has over twenty years of legal, business, tax, and technology experience, and maintains a solid understanding of the relationship between the law and furthering business interests. From contract-drafting to litigation, Will approaches every legal decision with a long-term, business-oriented mind-set. He strives to help his clients avoid litigation and unnecessary taxation by drafting comprehensive legal agreements and negotiating reasonable business solutions to complex issues. Together with his colleagues, Will works to help clients protect and profit from their assets and ideas.
Will’s practice involves representing businesses and individuals in business formation, capitalization, operation, acquisition, merger, disposition, dissolution, taxation, franchising, and licensing. Will has worked with a wide variety of clients, including extensive representation of restaurant and medical/dental clients. He has been involved in the creation, revision, and review of numerous agreements of all kinds, and he has also litigated business and intellectual property matters in both state and federal courts.
Will earned his B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University, and his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, formerly Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. Will enjoys bowling and juggling, and is a connoisseur of Bar-B-Q and charcuterie.
