Mr. Fleming an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rated attorney. He has experience handling matters ranging from medical malpractice and nursing home defense to toxic and mass tort litigation. He also handles product liability and construction litigation matters.

Mr. Fleming is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Fleming was selected to participate in the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum Class 9 in 2013. He is the 11th Circuit Editor for DRI’s Daubert Online publication. Mr. Fleming is a participant in the Birmingham Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Program and was named to the Alabama Bar’s Pro Bono Honor Roll from 2008-2011.  He was also named in B-Metro’s Magazine’s Rising Star Lawyers and Attorneys of Note in 2014.
