William P. Brady (Bill) is the founder and managing attorney of The Brady Law Firm, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, where his areas of practice include residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, representation of homeowners’ and condominium associations, real estate settlements, general civil litigation and estate planning and probate matters. He has 29 years' experience as an attorney and served as the President of the Delaware State Bar Association ("DSBA") for 2019-20.

Bill is a member of the DSBA's Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Sections, a past Chair of the Real and Personal Property Section and the Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Section, and a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court, and is also a frequent speaker at Real Estate related Continuing Legal Education seminars in Delaware. Bill has achieved an AV Peer Review Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics, and has also been recognized as one of Delaware's top Real Estate Lawyers in Delaware Today Magazine for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the United States Supreme Court.

Bill serves on the Board of Directors of the Goldey-Beacom College Alumni Association and Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., and is a member of the State of Delaware Common Interest Community Advisory Council.
