Biography

When Bill Blumer began practicing law, he was drawn to the creativity it required to resolve client problems. “The best way to help clients,” he notes, “is to acknowledge their unique concerns and aspirations, and integrate these into a sound legal framework.”

Bill is active in the community. Currently, he serves on the advisory board for the Berks County Office of Aging. He is a past board member of the Berks County Estate Planning Council, The American Red Cross, Berks County Chapter, the Reading Symphony Orchestra and the Wyomissing Institute of Fine Arts.
