Will Cunningham is a native of Montgomery, Alabama and practices law with Sasser, Sefton & Brown, P.C. Will’s practice focuses on transactional work, including all manner of real estate transactions and financing, estate planning and probate, and business formation. His practice also includes commercial, environmental, employment, title insurance, banking, and mortgage litigation, as well as advising clients regarding environmental issues and mortgage banking compliance. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Alabama. Will is a graduate of the University of Alabama, 2004, and the University of Alabama School of Law, 2007.

Will has been a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association since 2007 and has served as Treasurer and Board Member of the MCBA Young Lawyers Section.
