As part of this dedication to his community, attorney Dunlevy also serves as a 33-year Member of Lions Clubs International. In that role, he has participated in service projects throughout Ventura, Ventura County and Tri-Counties areas. He has also volunteered with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO).

In addition to his time spent serving the community at large, attorney Dunlevy also provides regular volunteer service to the HOA community itself, including:

- 30-plus years of service to Community Associations Institute (CAI): 26 years as     editor and photographer for local chapter's newsletter and magazine

- Served two terms as President of Channel Islands Chapter of CAI

- Board Member, CAI Channel Islands Chapter

- Trainer for homeowners and property managers

- Annual "New Laws" Seminar: legislative update sessions for managers and HOA board members
