Frank Wilbert is a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation group. Frank is an experienced trial lawyer and counselor. He has approximately 20 years of litigation experience and has conducted numerous trials in both federal and state court.

Frank primarily practices in the area of trial and appellate civil litigation on behalf of individual and corporate clients, with a focus on the resolution of business disputes, intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and tort and transportation litigation.

Early in Frank’s career, he was recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the area of Intellectual Property. Since then, he has continued to excel in his representation of clients in all aspects of commercial litigation. Frank is AV® – Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to being a premier advocate for his clients, he is highly respected by his peers, as evidenced by his recent induction as a Fellow by the Nashville Bar Foundation.
