Winnifred Boylan holds Martindale Hubbell's highest AV rating of "very high to superior" legal ability and integrity based upon confidential surveys of her peers.  Among other honors, she has  been named in the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers. Ms. Boylan represents clients in all aspects of bankruptcy including debtors, trustees and creditors.

Ms. Boylan is a contributing author to West's Bankruptcy Series, Exemption Manual (2005-2013) and is the author of various other articles for The State of Michigan Real Property Law Section and the American Bankruptcy Institute, Central States of which she is a member of the Advisory Board. Ms. Boylan's article entitled "Trek of Michigan Exemptions in the Universe of Bankruptcy", has been cited in three major reported cases which have addressed the constitutional question of the exemption statutes in Michigan.
