Wyatt A. Brochu, Esquire is admitted to practice law in the states of Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the associated federal district and appellate courts.  Attorney Brochu conducts a private law practice with a focus in municipal representation, criminal prosecution and defense, litigation and transactional business, corporate, small estate, land use and community planning, and real estate matters. 

Attorney Brochu is a former Assistant Chief Law Clerk for the Rhode Island Judiciary, and currently serves as an Assistant Solicitor and Prosecuting Solicitor for the Town of Jamestown and for the Town of Charlestown.  Attorney Brochu has also served as special counsel to several municipalities in Rhode Island, focusing on town council, planning, land use, and law enforcement matters. 

Additionally, Attorney Brochu counsels and represents private clients in Criminal Defense, DUI / Refusal, and Weapons matters; Business Organization, Financing, Corporate Governance, and Compliance matters; Family Law; Real Estate Purchase and Financing matters; Municipal Law, Land Use Regulation and Development matters; and Wills, Guardianship, and Probate matters.
