As a trilingual Chinese attorney, I conduct legal research on various topics including forming foreign investment entity in China, China income tax and Value Added Tax, China tax registration certificate, business license, organizational institution ID code for FIE, permit of FIE bank account, foreign currency exchange approval; I also draft Sales Agreements, Third Party Escrow Agreements between FIE and Chinese companies and Distribution Agreements between US companies and Chinese distributors, as well as writing legal opinions on Regulations issued by Bureau of Land and Resource Management (nation and local), foreign medical device distribution in China, ore mining business in China, special regulations on Merger & Acquisition within Chinese companies. 

Meanwhile, I am also an immigration attorney licensed in US, at the national and global levels. My work includes assisting foreign workers to maintain or acquire legal status on H-1B, J-1, L-1, TN, B visas and filing employment-based petitions on NIW, EB-1, EB-2, as well as family based immigration visas. I assisted more than 150 foreign nationals to obtain and maintain their legal status without denial. My immigration-related employment included frequent client communications, high-volume case management, extreme attention to detail and communication with various federal or state government agencies.
