Ying Zhou, Esquire is a PA licensed attorney and focuses her practice on general civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her areas of practice include consumer advocacy, banking fraud, commercial disputes, real estate disputes, personal injury, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, contract disputes, and small claims court. She regularly sits as an arbitrator for the financial industry arbitration forum known as FINRA and for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Arbitraton Center. She is a member of and sits on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is also a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. Ying has been practicing law since 2001.
