Biography

Zach Bloxham heads the appellate division at Utah Senior Planning, arguing on behalf of client interests. He counsels on areas of administrative law and policy — with an emphasis in Medicaid policy and Veterans benefits.

He is a member of the Utah Bar Constitutional Law Section, the Utah Bar Appellate Section, and practices before the bars of the Utah State Supreme Court and United States Federal District Court. Zach is a V.A. accredited attorney. Zach received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law.
