I’m a passionate, relentless, leave-no-stone-unturned personal injury trial lawyer. I handle my cases with a healthy obsession, and genuinely love the courtroom and conference room alike. Most of all, I take pride in securing compensation for my clients who often have suffered for years after being seriously injured in construction accidents, car crashes, premises incidents and civil rights matters. A personal highlight of my career includes the first case I worked on out of law school when I was instrumental in convincing the New York Court of Appeals to overturn a unanimous lower court dismissal of our malicious prosecution case against The City of New York. The matter involved a woman who was wrongfully accused of murder and imprisoned on Rikers Island for 4 years. This decision led to a $4 million-dollar settlement right before trial. Another significant moment in my career came in 2019 when David Perecman and I secured a unanimous jury verdict in a premises liability case against our client’s landlord for failing to fix a leak in the ceiling which caused him to slip on his own bathroom floor and permanently injure his back. The defendants relented and settled for $5 million just before their doctors testified.

As an attorney, I strive for perfection—and that means doing whatever needs to be done to cross the finish line for my clients and the firm. Since high school, I’ve worked at The Perecman Firm in one capacity or another. At first, I started out working at the firm as a file clerk, then worked as a paralegal during law school and was hired as an attorney upon my admission to the New York State Bar. My experience working at multiple levels of the firm has helped me develop a deep understanding and appreciation for all of its moving parts–everything from payroll to billing to ordering supplies to legal research and beyond plays an important role in our success as a team.

I’m a happy and devoted husband and dad. I love to play guitar, sing, and ride my Peloton and am constantly learning to improve with both of these hobbies.
