Their numerical rating is both outragous and insulting.  It is not based on client reviews, peer reviews or an assessment of my courtroom performance.  

It is based on my PERSONAL LOVE LIFE -- the (mere) fact that I dated a divorce client -- and to which I say "so what" ...?

The State of Connecticut and I do not see eye to eye on this issue.

The judge suspended my license (for five months) ... because I refused to admit wrongdoing ... and I because I stood up for my First Amendment rights.

Because that's what principled fighters do -- we FIGHT.

And when you in a hotly contested divorce ... that's the type of person you want in your corner -- a fighter.  Someone who is tough, fearless and refuses to back down -- even if doing so puts them in harms way. 

Unlike the soft family lawyers ... panzies ... who back down when push comes to shove ... I will not pressure you to accept a weak settlement offer to avoid taking your matter to trial.  I am more than happy to step into the ring.
