Can I write my own will and get it notarized at the court?
To legally accept a will which I am going to type can I get the will typed and appear with the person or witness and have him and I sign a notarized will on behalf of my children and wishes like when I get to my funeral after? Or would I need a lawyer . I was informed that I could do it at the courthouse and pay a filing fee but I was not certain whether that is legal and binding because an attorney is not involved. I have no assets other than life insurance via employer.
