Can spark-walmart be sued for not taking effective action to end the use of bot software (third-party software bots) by drivers
Hi,
I’m a Spark driver, although self-identification was implemented from 10/16/2023 in my Walmart there are around 5-6 drivers from Venezuela that use a bot software and grab always orders.
I'm almost every hour and 20 mins at the parking lot of store and I do not receive any order (blue empty screen of my phone or hear only sound of new order) but in the same time the other 3-4 drivers (the same bot-grabbers) always make checkin at hour:45 min and after that begin loading. For me left only garbage orders or when it is so busy and the drivers-bot-grabber already have orders or they are on delivery, then I take orders.
These guys take orders every hour when they are free from delivery.
I reported four times to customer support by email and did not receive no any answer.
