Can u get alimony if divorced over 40 years ago under false pretenses
Lived in California. He said that they should find an apartment in NJ because his work had transferred to NJ.
A month later he brought the divorce papers. Could barely think straight when this happened and signed right to the alimony agreement. Can I still sue to get
