Do we have a class action lawsuit?

Of the remaining self-employed individuals there are approximately 15 people who have not received any money for the services they rendered. Me and some 15 of us managed to gather signatures to get Angela Aquino in the ballot something that has not been compensated and I have strong evidence to prove.
