How can I demonstrate to the court that I was not served with summons?
I am contesting that I was never served with summons or any other court document. The other side somehow got a default judgment against me. I suppose they have lied to me they served me the summons when this is not the case. What shall I show that the other party never delivered to me the summons or any other court document?
