How do I sue for wrongful termination? Do I have a case?

I was fired from Dunkin’ Donuts this past November after working there for about a year they fired me because someone wrote fake checks and two of them had my name on them. I do have a record, but I was honest when I got hired they said that I was fired because I was a liability. When they question me I told them I had nothing to do with it, which I did in a couple days ago. I got a letter from DISI saying I was a victim of cyber attack.
