How many years can you sue Wells Fargo Mortgage for a case that occurred in 2022?

Currently, Wells Fargo Mortgage is facing Class Action Lawsuit over the Discrimination of minority in the mortgage credit lending. If we were discriminated against by Wells Fargo, do we have the opportunity to be a part of this class action lawsuit or do we need to litigation on our own?
