How many years will a hit and run felony charge remain in an individual’s record?
Couple months ago I went to court for a hit and run felony, all the charges have been dismissed but I was advised I can expunge for $1000 dollars. When will these charges no longer appear on my record? Should I pay the fee for it or should I wait for this fee to be knocked off?
