I have received an unsecured debt suit but the contract signed was that any arbitration should occur in anther state I don’t reside in anymore.The bank I took the loan from merged into another bank.

In my answer to the suit better asking to honor the arbitration clause in contract?
Or do the motion to compel arbitration? What is the best defense?
