I possess SBA EIDL loan and my company has gone out of business 2 years ago.
I have a 40k SBA EIDL loan and a car accident, I have been living on credit cards a few months now? My company is over 2 years old and there are no assets at its disposal. Can this loan be out of the rut without defaulting or going bankrupt?
