I was transported 17 miles by all my sons moving company. They were twice the quote. I payed over 1400$. They damaged items and more.

1) I charge it on my credit card, but I have never signed a charge or ever received any paperwork or bill.
Well someone in my house did sign, not a spouse or relation. I did not know the price until the bill came.

2) One mover invited his cousin to my new home without permission.

3) I noticed that there were things missing so I entered the truck against their wishes in search of Sonos 400$ and compressor under folded blankets. An attempt to steal.

4) Destroy items (pictures taken) to replace (damage worth at least 900) including a seal workbench folded in half.

5) We had to rent a u haul 180$ because they left so much stuff. There wagon had room; it was loosely loaded-have pic.

Issue: Should I stop payment use credit card fraud? I never signed or saw a bill. There is more yet would I deny them funds not to work with me because of a bad review. Should I go to small claims? Note that I did not sign any paperwork involving a contract.
