Is it possible to negotiate for a provision for no-fault divorce in the premarital agreement?
Some politicians have called for the abolition of no-fault divorce rules in America. If the law protecting no-fault divorce is repealed, would including a clause in a prenuptial agreement safeguard my rights to no-fault divorce?
