Is synthetic marijuana detectable in the blood? Additional, what are the consequences of being caught for dui on synthetic marijuana first offense?
I crashed into a pole fell asleep i did double shift at work but officer charged me with dui because my eye was watery i had smoked sythetic the day before but there gonna do a blood test will there be charges i dont smoke weed nor i drink alcohol
