Pro Se litigation of a retaliation case in the workplace.
There is evidence, very strong I have, of workplace retaliation but no lawyer is going to assume the case just because I was not fired. It would seem that the case has merit but because it will not earn an attorney a 3-month retainer in back wages, they are not interested in the case.
I have been thinking about suing my former employer and defending myself. What was your estimation of the success of this?
