Representing myself Pro Se in a workplace retaliation case.
I have some very strong evidence of workplace retaliation but no attorney will take the case solely because I was not "terminated." It would appear that the evidence is strong but since an attorney will not make $1,000,000 off the case for back wages, they do not want to take it.
I am considering filing suit against my former employer and representing myself. How successful do you think this could be ?
