The new Puerto Rican birth certificates put both last names of my husband on his drivers license despite him having used only one of them.

Now he has an extra last name. I was married and his last name which he always uses and appeared on his old driver license. It is as though we had new last names.

What are our options? I like to have my husbands name as my last name.
