Why is it more complicated to establish an irrevocable trust vs revocable Trust?

I receive relatively high premiums to set up an irrevocable living trust than I do for a revocable living trust. I understand that express and implied trusts are recognized differently by the language used, but what other reasons can explain why an a attorney takes more for irrevocable trusts.
