Will I end up in jail when disputing bank fees?

I challenged many of the transactions made on goods I had not gotten. But I recalled to halt the contest of what I got late... My boyfriend also used my account and I was challenging charges without knowing. I made a claim on a cancelled dispute of $4200 but I had already used the credit they issued me because I needed it. They sent me a letter now that the law is involved.
