Will I retain any credit cards in case I declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy?

I own a Chase and JcPennys credit card, which has a zero balance; and Paypal account with a small balance. Under the case that I declare a bankruptcy may those three accounts be excluded off the bankruptcy or does the filing automatically subject them to default. When they are already in default, then can I keep them or not?
