I have previously received a speeding ticket or 2. And I am being accused of escaping and getting away. I was going 70mph on a down-hill road of 55 mph, I went on continuing on the road, and at a stop traffic sign, made a right turn on one of the main roads, and reached a hill and crashed at the bottom of the hill.. All the time the cop was out of view. My car was flipped, and I left my car to go (thought it might fire, because of the accident despite hitting my own car) and got lost, since I left my phone in my car with no info as to where I was... I was 2 miles from home.. Went home and was met at the door by the police and arrested me on DUI (test results were at.01) and eluding and fleeing. Will my case be able to stand in court?
