What do I do when the police raid my house and fail to find any illegal thing in the house?
My home was raided in the Joliet il. In the warrant, it was indicated that there was an alleged packaged cocaine, packaged money and drug records there. There was none. I was later informed that all one has to do is state that they saw it in your house and tell a judge that and the judge signs the warrant. The caused quite a mess the house my kids spotted it and they are scared up to this day my mom that jut had surgery on her spine was put on the floor and they found nothing since nothing was ever there.
