What do I do to establish or get evidence as to the guardianship of minors and their property in my presence when I am their biological parent?
What do I do to show or find evidence of the guardianship of the minors and on their estates where I am a parent of theirs? They are left being a beneficiary to the life insurance and the life insurance company is still refusing to release the money or lock into an account in their names without me providing proof of that they are being guarded and they are all their properties so what should I do well again I have been using talk to text apologies and no punctuation please help me it has already been nearly 3 years and I just cannot get anyone to give me a straight answer and I am not telling you to put it in an account that will be opened and maintained in their names either.

What occurs in case a parent passes away without a will? Are the children entitled to the share of the house of the dead parent.
My mother passed away, and there was a name of both parents on the house. The house is named after her, but I do not know whether it is on the mortgage. Does my father have the power to force us, family-grown adults, out of the family home or is it her grown children who own a share of the house. He would have to buy us out. Correct?
