Mr. Glover is working my case. I got a letter saying in September my insurance windows runs out. What does that mean. They are still in appeal court. I feel like they are dragging it out to past the date on purpose. I might be wrong but a lot of stuff was left out of my case also.

It took me five years to fight for SSDI or SSI approval as I was finally granted a Fully Favorable notice. In the course of these numerous weeks of research, I have looked into disability law quite extensively – that is why I have certain questions that do not necessarily yield clear answers when performing Web searches. I was approved by My second Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) in the final stage of the five-step Five-step review process. This is important because during my first hearing, an Medical Expert (ME) said that I am disabled according to Listing 14. 09C1. Nevertheless, because of an Alleged Onset Date (AOD) that continued throughout the alleged onset period, and resulting necessarily in an Established Onset Date (EOD) beyond my Date Last Insured (DLI), the case became difficult. Therefore, my SSDI claim was denied while all I received was SSI. I managed to appeal this decision and went for a third time to further discuss and amend the AOD and my disability status. At this stage it did occur to one of my doctors responding to the interrogatories that I indeed qualified to be on the listing criterion.

I recently applied for SSDI due to major depression and anxiety, and I’ve been told that at the moment, they are working on the medical part of my benefit application. This means good news or bad news?
