Can I sue Taco Bell after finding a sharp piece of metal in my burrito that scratched the back of my throat?

One day, I was eating a burrito from Taco Bell, and I felt something scrape at the back of my throat, and I choked on it. I still found a sharp metal object still lodged in my mouth. This occurred today a few minutes past 12 noon which is approximately twenty minutes ago and I am furious as this has put off my appetite. I can see some dangers here that could've gone worse if it were something inedible or infectious. I also still possess a clear transparent polythene envelope containing the metal fragment as a form of evidence. Thinking of the scenario, I am thinking of what I could do to possibly sue Taco Bell for this problem.
