Personal injury case California. I have a claim in CA - want to know the effect of Emergency Rule 9 on my statute of limitions?

So the insurance company has been very slow to deal with me and the 2 year mark since the incident when I was injured is approaching in about 2 weeks. I feel they are trying to run out the clock and not getting back to me fairly. So I read all about the covid-19 emergency rule 9 and it seems to suggest that I can safely assert that I have an additional 178 days that can be tacked onto my normal statute of limitations date (which would be 4/6/2021. Do you agree and do you agree with my interpretation of emergency rule 9 of court?

In that way the insurance company has been exceedingly slow in responding to me and the 2 year anniversary of the event which happened when I was injured is some 2 weeks away. I have the feeling that they are running time out and not fairly getting back to me. Accordingly, the text of the covid-19 emergency rule 9 appears to me to indicate that I can safely declare that I am entitled to an extension of my statute of limitations date (which would be 4/6/2021) by 178 days. Do you agree and do you agree with my interpretation of the emergency rule 9 of court?

How long is a police investigation for a minor hit and run and what actions may they take in an attempt to find me?

I was involved in a minor hit-and-run accident and would like to know how long it will take for the police to trace me The accident occurred at a junction and although the damages to my car are negligible, I was not sure of the extent of damages of the damaged car. At least I was able to jot down the other vehicle’s license number and I was also not alone when this incident happened so will police track this through surveillance cameras? Can you help me when i was almost killed by Lisinopril?

Taking Lisinopril for roughly three years and never knew that it triggered my symptoms, yet had a severe reaction. My lips started tingling and then my throat felt like it was closing up so I had to drive myself to the local emergency room. I also got admitted in the hospital after being hurried in and the incidence is also well captured in the photos. After this, I realized that I developed coughing and high blood pressure level due to the medication. I asked the staff in the ER and they told me if I did not come in when I did I could have contracted the fatal condition. This is a problem that I need help with, and I am thinking of filing a personal injury claim. What must I do?

Can I sue Taco Bell after finding a sharp piece of metal in my burrito that scratched the back of my throat?

One day, I was eating a burrito from Taco Bell, and I felt something scrape at the back of my throat, and I choked on it. I still found a sharp metal object still lodged in my mouth. This occurred today a few minutes past 12 noon which is approximately twenty minutes ago and I am furious as this has put off my appetite. I can see some dangers here that could've gone worse if it were something inedible or infectious. I also still possess a clear transparent polythene envelope containing the metal fragment as a form of evidence. Thinking of the scenario, I am thinking of what I could do to possibly sue Taco Bell for this problem.

I recently tried a sugar daddy app and got $1,500 from a sugar daddy—$ 500 for myself and $ 1000 I was supposed to repay. I have not returned the $ 1k, and now he is saying that he will have me arrested. I never forced him to give me the money but he decided to send it. In view of all this, can he actually have me incarcerated for failure to return the funds?
