What about my Mom whose assets consist of $300 in a bank account, Computer worth 100, and my Moms clothes, do I need to go to probate court?

Last year did Mom spend a year in a nursing home? She does not have any real estate, automobile or other items that are of real value. I have a Durable Power of Attorney and my sister is a joint owner of the bank account. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. No fighting/arguing over the assets of Mom. There is also a single bed, a rocking chair, and a small tube type television, all of which is around 200 dollars.
