What type of legal professional help should I seek for in case of a car accident with no one hurt?
I was involved in an auto accident quite recently where a car from a reputable company sideswiped my vehicle. As mentioned in the CHP report, the other driver was completely liable for the accident. My car is in the auto shop but no work has been done on it yet. Both my insurance and the insurance of the other party has been very inactive and I have had to pay for a rental car on my own. Well, I am jobless at the moment, and people do not seem to care. Under these circumstances let me know what kind of lawyer I should seek assistance from.

Are there local attorneys for a car accident case that does not involve any bodily injury?
This year I got involved in an accident where the other driver was fully in the wrong, but I have recorded footage to back that up! Nevertheless, their insurance company wants to wash its hands of it. I need a lawyer who has dealt with cases that did not involve an injury but instead a legal professional to represent me against the other party and its insurance company who refused to take responsibility for the accident.

What type of attorney is suitable for handling an automobile accident with no personal injury case?
Recently, on August 7 th, I was involved in a car accident where I was hit from the side by a car belonging to a well-known local firm. According to the CHP report the other driver was fully responsible for the accident. My car remains in the shop with no repairments done and none of my insurance or the other party’s insurance has done anything. I hired a car for self accommodation and am jobless at the time of writing this. There does not appear out to be anyone trying to solve the problem!! What should I do next and what kind of lawyer should I speak with regard to this matter? I'm really on my wit's end.
